Housing
The North Port St. Joe community has identified housing as a top concern. NPSJCDC is pursuing land purchases, accessory dwelling units, a community land trust, blight management partnerships, and property preservation work so residents can remain within their community.

The EPA-funded EcoWorkforce Training Program is a free 6-week initiative for residents of northwest Florida. It covers OSHA, GIS, survey mapping, stormwater, HAZMAT, lead, asbestos, mold, environmental site assessment, field trips, and more.
