Our Mission
“The North Port St. Joe Community Development Corporation's mission and objectives are designed to create direct impact on the current conditions in North Port St. Joe.”
Working closely with our founder, North Port St. Joe Project Area Coalition, our mission is to bring greater access to health, safe housing, and economic development to the residents of our community. We provide programs and deliver services that address the needs of the North Port St. Joe community.

Develop affordable housing and residential amenities to increase the quality of life in our community.
Environmental Justice
Address the negative impact caused to our community by environmental injustices, both in the past and future.
Community Events
Grow community events that engage our residents and neighbors in a way that creates a more vibrant experience.
